Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by building energy and excitement around products and services. This is a learning role that involves completing new employee training and growing into the Mobile Expert role.

Job Responsibility:

Building proficiency in serving and selling to customers while providing world-class customer experience and loyalty
helping customers with their shopping journey whether online or in-store
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and our network benefits
completing training on T-Mobile processes and systems
establishing partnerships with team members to resolve customer experience issues

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
