Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are passionate about the connected world, strive in a fast-paced environment, and continuously build expertise while serving customers. The role involves demonstrating and selling T-Mobile’s products and services, learning new skills, and collaborating with team members for a seamless customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Demonstrating T-Mobile’s coverage and services
Completing training on new skills, processes, and systems
Partnering with colleagues across business and customer services to own customer experience and resolve issues
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Retail environment preferred)
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
