Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to represent the T-Mobile brand by building energy and excitement for products and services. Key responsibilities include serving customers, demonstrating products, personalized solutions, using digital tools, collaborating across teams, and resolving issues collectively.

Job Responsibility:

Serving and selling to customers
Providing world-class customer experience
Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and demonstrating technology
Personalized solutions beyond basic device
Using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
Establishing relationships with employees across channels
Resolving issues collectively
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
