Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They excel at building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending T-Mobile solutions through meaningful interactions. Key responsibilities include using digital tools, promoting customer satisfaction, and helping onboard customers with T-Mobile products and services.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a retail environment
uses digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding
identifies customer needs and recommends T-Mobile solutions
completes training on skills, products, systems, and processes
performs key store operations like opening and closing procedures
builds relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-ups
builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
