Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They passionately build connections with customers and recommend device and service solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role involves continuous learning and skill-building to grow within the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
Side-by-side selling to personalize solutions for customers
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and T-Mobile services
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and systems
Partnering with T-Mobile employees to own the customer experience
Successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Retail environment preferred)
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
