Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a retail team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around products and services, passionately engage with customers, and continuously develop their skills. This includes helping customers with their shopping journey, selling personalized solutions, and using digital tools to showcase coverage and plans. The role prepares employees to advance to Mobile Expert by completing training and developing expertise.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
consistently using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and T-Mobile plans
completing training on in-store experience, skills, and systems
establishing relationships and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
resolving issues to create a seamless customer experience
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail environment preferred)
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself while connecting and having fun
competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders to serve customers and provide resolutions
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
