Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by serving and selling to customers. This role involves exploring customer needs, demonstrating technology solutions, and partnering with colleagues to create seamless customer experiences. Associates receive training and have opportunities for career growth.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
