Job Description:

Mobile Associates (MA) work to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by building energy and excitement around products and services, immersing themselves in customer connections, and proactively learning to prepare for the Mobile Expert role.

Job Responsibility:

Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes
Successfully identifying and handing off small business leads

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
