Job Description:

Mobile Associates are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage with customers, identify needs, and recommend solutions while thriving in a high-traffic retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Engage actively with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Use digital tools during customer interactions and onboarding process
Identify customer needs and educate them on T-Mobile products and services
Recommend wireless solutions to customers
Complete training on T-Mobile systems, processes, and products
Leverage digital self-serve tools to assist customers
Secure kiosk and assets during opening and closing procedures
Follow up with customers to build relationships and drive sales activity
Support nearby store locations and teams to assist with customer service and account setups

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Passionate customer advocate
Desire to be yourself when connecting with customers
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment

Nice to have:

Retail environment experience preferred
