Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, serving customers, exploring their needs, demonstrating technology, and providing personalized solutions. This is an entry-level role with a focus on training, growth, and building expertise in wireless technology and customer care.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
selling personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plans
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
consistently using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, systems and reference resources
learning about innovations in wireless and technology
establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels and resolving customer issues
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment
passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders to serve customers and provide resolutions
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
