Job Description:

Mobile Associates are responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing T-Mobile solutions, and building relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting performance goals within retail environments.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers
leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions
recommend wireless solutions
complete training for customer readiness
partner with nearby store locations
perform opening and closing procedures
connect on a personal level with customers
follow up with customers and capture referrals
manage Be Back processes
build relationships with nearby leadership and teams

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
customer satisfaction
team building
retail sales
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

Retail environment experience
