Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for promoting T-Mobile products and services within National Sales partner locations. They excel at building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending solutions. The role involves proactive engagement in high-traffic environments and continuous learning to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
use digital tools during customer interactions
identify customer needs using solution-based selling techniques
recommend wireless solutions and onboard customers
complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience
partner with nearby store locations
build relationships with customers through follow-ups and referrals
perform store operations including opening and closing procedures
manage Be Back processes

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
ability to connect with customers
competitive drive in a fast-paced sales environment
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
