Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around products and services, and they provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. This is a learning role for developing customer service and sales expertise, with the opportunity to advance to the Mobile Expert role. All Mobile Associates are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.

Job Responsibility:

Helps customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
Explores individual needs and provides hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
Performs side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding
Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience and new processes
Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels to create a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
