Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by building connections with customers and providing personalized solutions. This role involves customer advocacy, problem-solving, partnership with other employees, and continuous learning about T-Mobile products and services.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
Using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
Demonstrating T-Mobile coverage and services
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, skills, and processes
Seeking information between customers to learn about innovations in wireless and technology
Establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
Resolving customer experience issues
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive
Proven ability to succeed in fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
