Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of the Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, focusing on customer connections, education, and selling personalized solutions. This role requires building expertise, customer advocacy, and adaptability in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off
exploring individual needs
providing hands-on demonstrations in-store
side-by-side selling
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
consistently using digital tools
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience and processes
establishing relationships with and supporting team initiatives with other T-Mobile employees

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive and proven ability
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
