Mobile Associates are part of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around products and services, build and deepen customer relationships, leverage digital tools, and exceed performance targets while providing exceptional service. The role involves identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, learning processes and systems, performing store operations, and partnering with nearby stores for customer support.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Leverage digital tools during customer interactions
Identify customer needs and recommend T-Mobile solutions
Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, processes, and systems
Perform store operations, opening and closing procedures
Build relationships with customers and deepen customer loyalty
Perform price overrides for specialty offers
Partner with nearby stores for customer onboarding and support
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Desire to be a part of the T-Mobile store team
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
