Job Description:

Mobile Associates are integral to bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within partner locations. They excel in sales, customer experiences, and quality metrics while engaging passionately with customers in dynamic settings.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Leverages digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding
Demonstrates T-Mobile products and solutions to customers
Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, systems, and operations
Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

Retail environment experience preferred
