Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by building energy and excitement around products and services. Passionate about technology and customer connections, they provide recommendations, personalized solutions, and expert demonstrations while immersing themselves in significant customer relationships. This role requires successful completion of new employee training.

Job Responsibility:

Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers
provides a world-class customer experience
helps customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
explores individual needs and provides hands-on demonstrations
sells personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans
uses digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile offerings
establishes relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
identifies and hands off small business leads
supports team initiatives and creates an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
