Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are part of the T-Mobile Retail Team responsible for engaging customers within high-traffic partner locations. They create energy and excitement around T-Mobile's products and services, build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and recommend innovative wireless solutions. The position involves completing training, collaborating with nearby store teams, managing customer satisfaction, and achieving sales performance targets.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engaging with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
using digital tools and solution-based selling techniques to recommend wireless solutions
completing training on T-Mobile processes, systems, and products to be customer-ready
partnering with nearby store locations to onboard customers and handle store operations
building rapport and loyalty with customers through interactions
managing Be Back processes and building relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Retail environment preferred)
passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect and have fun with customers
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders to serve customers and provide resolutions
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States.
