Job Description:

Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves building proficiency in serving and selling to customers, demonstrating technology, creating relationships with team members, and advancing skills through on-the-job training.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
Selling personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and T-Mobile services
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience and new skills
Establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Retail environment preferred.
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive
Must be fluent in English and Tadjik OR Uzbek
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
