Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, building energy and excitement around products and services. They are responsible for building significant connections with customers, finding personalized solutions, and learning new skills to grow into roles such as Mobile Expert. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product demonstrations, problem resolution, and making use of digital tools to enhance interactions. The role includes on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth. T-Mobile provides competitive pay, benefits, and incentives for employees.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile’s coverage and plans
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, and processes
establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
resolving customer issues and creating a seamless, run-around-free environment
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
