Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as brand ambassadors to create energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services. This is a learning role with a focus on cultivating skills, building meaningful customer relationships, and helping customers find personalized solutions. Associates are required to complete training and actively engage with team members while addressing customer needs.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
Using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and services
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience and processes
Establishing relationships and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
Successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect with customers
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders while serving customers and resolving issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

Retail environment experience
Bilingual in Spanish
