Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, acting as brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around products and services. They engage with customers to explore their needs, provide tailored solutions, and deepen customer relationships while staying on top of technology and innovations in the wireless industry. The role involves continuous learning, demonstrations of expertise, and collaboration with team members to support an inclusive and customer-focused environment.

Job Responsibility:

Helps customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
Explores individual needs and provides hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
Sells side-by-side to find personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices
Provides service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion
Demonstrates T-Mobile’s coverage and service benefits
Completes training on in-store experience, skills, systems, and resources
Builds relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels
Successfully identifies and hands off small business leads
Supports team initiatives and fosters an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
