Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as members of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, build energy around products and services, and immerse themselves in customer connections. This role involves continuous learning, building skills, and working toward becoming a Mobile Expert. Responsibilities include serving customers, selling, using digital tools, and resolving issues while collaborating with the team. Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
completing training on the T-Mobile in-store experience
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
