Job Description:

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate who will be a part of the Retail Team of Experts, building excitement around its products and services. The role involves immersing in customer connections, uncovering needs, educating, and recommending device and service solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic service plans
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
Using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
Demonstrating coverage, plans, and services to customers
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
Partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
Successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
