Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are key members of the Retail Team responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They are dedicated to creating energy and excitement about T-Mobile products and services, building and deepening customer relationships, and exceeding performance targets. This role requires passion for technology, exceptional customer interaction, solution-based selling, and a commitment to continuous learning and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Uses digital tools, communicates effectively, educates customers, and showcases the value of T-Mobile solutions
Identifies customer needs and uses solution-based selling techniques
Completes training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, products, and processes
Continuously learns and improves skills to provide the best possible experience for customers
Partners with nearby store locations to fully on-board customers
Engages customers to build rapport, trust, and loyalty
Performs price overrides for specialty offers specific to National Retail
Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect with customers
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
