Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as members of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around products and services, connect with customers to uncover their needs, educate on device and service solutions, and continuously develop skills for growth within the company. This role involves serving customers, using digital tools, demos, and side-by-side selling. It supports an inclusive environment while focusing on performance goals.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
consistently using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun doing it
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
