Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, working to educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions while providing unmatched customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Demonstrating digital tools in interactions and onboarding
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
Consistently seeking out information about innovations in wireless and technology
Establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
Successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
