Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build relationships with customers, educate them on device and service solutions, and provide a world-class customer experience. This is a learning role, with on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
demonstrating T-Mobile's network and services
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
