Job Description:

Mobile Associates are responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They excel at building relationships with customers, identifying customer needs, and providing exceptional service. Associates receive training on T-Mobile products and processes, engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments, and drive sales activity while building trust and loyalty.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding process
identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate T-Mobile products and services
recommend wireless solutions
perform training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, skills, and products
carry out opening and closing procedures for the kiosk
drive sales activity and manage relationships with customers
build relationships with nearby leadership and teams

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun with customers
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
