Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are part of the Retail Team responsible for engaging with customers in National Sales partner locations, creating excitement around T-Mobile products and services, and deepening customer relationships through meaningful interactions. They identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
consistently leverages digital self-serve tools during customer interactions
identifies customer needs and uses solution-based selling techniques
completes training on T-Mobile products and processes
performs store operations including opening and closing procedures
proactively reaches out to potential customers
builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
