Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of the Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They're passionate about educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions while creating significant customer connections. This role requires building expertise, completing training, and preparing for progression to the next role as a Mobile Expert.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
building proficiency in digital tools and onboarding
establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
resolving issues to create a seamless customer experience
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
