Job Description:

Mobile Associates work to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by building energy and excitement around products, services, and technology in a fast-paced environment. They focus on building significant connections with customers while proactively honing their skills for future career growth.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing demos in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales with composure, integrity and compassion
Using digital tools in onboarding
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
Seeking out information between customers
Establishing relationships and partnering with T-Mobile employees
Identifying and handing off small business leads

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
