Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around products and services. This is a learning role, where associates develop skills in sales, customer service, and technology while providing hands-on demonstrations and personalized solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices
providing customer service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion
using digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile coverage and plans
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
identifying and handing off small business leads
partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
