Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of the Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life as brand ambassadors. They build energy and excitement around products and services, immerse themselves in customer relationships, and prepare for growth into the Mobile Expert role through training and developing skills.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and services
completing training and knowledge development
establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees
creating a seamless run-around-free environment
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (preferred in Retail environment)
passionate customer advocacy
competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
minimum age of 18
legally authorized to work in the United States
