Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as brand ambassadors in a fast-paced retail environment, building customer connections and expertise in selling and servicing while evolving in preparation for promotion to Mobile Expert.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
providing lightning fast LTE network coverage insights
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
