Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, thriving in a fast-paced environment and building significant connections with customers. They proactively build skills and proficiencies while working with their team, preparing to move to a Mobile Expert role. Key responsibilities include assisting customers, offering personalized solutions, leveraging digital tools, and creating connections across T-Mobile channels.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling personalized solutions
using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
collecting and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating inclusive environments

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect with others
competitive drive and ability to succeed in fast-paced sales environments
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
