Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by providing customer service, selling products and services, and using digital tools and training to enhance their skills and capabilities. The role focuses on building relationships with customers, learning about technology solutions, and contributing to an inclusive team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual customer needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
Side-by-side selling of devices and accessories
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
Using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and T-Mobile plans
Completing training and seeking information about innovations
Establishing relationships across channels to enhance customer experience
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and fostering an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself while connecting and having fun doing it
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
