Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as members of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. This role is focused on providing world-class customer experiences, selling solutions, and building relationships with customers and other employees. Associates immerse themselves in learning and preparation for promotion to the next level. This job includes training, digital tool usage, and learning about T-Mobile's network and services.

Job Responsibility:

Helps customers continue their shopping journey
Provides hands-on demonstrations of technology
Sells personalized solutions beyond basic devices and service plans
Maintains composure, integrity and compassion when addressing service and sales needs
Uses digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile network coverage and services
Completes training on the T-Mobile in-store experience and skills
Learns continuously about wireless innovations while on shift
Establishes relationships with team members across channels
Collectively owns the customer experience and resolves issues
Identifies and hands off small business leads
Supports team initiatives and creates an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
