Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
uses digital tools and communicates effectively
educates customers and showcases the value of T-Mobile solutions
identifies customer needs using solution-based selling techniques
demonstrates the value of T-Mobile products and services
completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, products, and processes
builds rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers
follows up with customers and drives sales activity
builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
