They establish connections with customers, recommend solutions, and continuously build expertise in technology innovations. The role includes training, proficiency building in sales and service, and collaboration with team members to enhance customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, skills, processes, systems and reference resources
establishing relationships and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
successfully identify and handoff small business leads
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail environment
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
