Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are integral to driving customer engagement within National Sales partner locations. They are responsible for showcasing T-Mobile solutions, educating customers, and building meaningful relationships to deliver an exceptional retail experience. This role includes opportunities to develop sales skills, learn new processes, and grow within the T-Mobile team.

Job Responsibility:

Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Use digital tools during customer interactions
Recommend wireless solutions
Complete training on systems and processes
Continuously improve skills
Support on-boarding of customers
Perform store operations and procedures such as locking/secure kiosk
Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers
Foster relationships with nearby leadership and teams

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Passionate customer advocate
Desire to be part of a team
Competitive drive and confidence
Must be at least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

Bilingual Spanish preferred
Retail environment experience
