Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, focusing on serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience. They immerse themselves in building and deepening relationships, exploring technology solutions for customers, and growing their expertise in wireless innovations. The position includes comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of technology
sell personalized solutions beyond basic services and devices
approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
use digital tools actively in customer interactions
complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience and knowledge of systems
establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
identify and handoff small business leads

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
