Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as brand ambassadors to build energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services. They focus on serving customers, selling wireless solutions, and building relationships to enhance the customer experience. This is a learning role with training opportunities for career growth.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Using digital tools in interactions to demonstrate services
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
Partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues
Successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
