Job Responsibility:
Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and T-Mobile plans
completing training on in-store experience, skills and processes
seeking information about wireless and technology innovations
establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
identifying and handing off small business leads
resolving customer issues collectively
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
legally authorized to work in the United States
at least 18 years of age
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
