Job Description:

Mobile Associates are responsible for engaging with customers, recommending solutions, and building relationships to ensure satisfaction while meeting sales targets in a retail environment. They will perform tasks such as using digital tools, completing training, onboarding customers, partnering with nearby leadership, and performing opening and closing procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Consistently leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
Recommend wireless solutions and onboarding solutions
Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products and processes
Partner with nearby store locations to fully on-board customers
Perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures
Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Passionate customer advocate
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
