Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, build energy and excitement around products, and immerse themselves in meaningful connections with customers while building skills for career growth.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
using digital tools to educate customers about coverage and T-Mobile plans
completing in-store experience training and learning about innovations in wireless and technology
establishing relationships and partnering with colleagues to own the customer experience and resolve issues
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun doing it
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
