Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
uses digital tools, communicates effectively, educates customers, and showcases T-Mobile solutions
leverages digital self-serve tools during interactions
identifies customer needs and uses solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes
reviews personal results, promotions, and updates
performs store operations, opening and closing procedures
builds rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers
follows up with customers, captures referrals, and manages Be Back processes
coordinates with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience
Requirements:
At least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
high school diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
