Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as members of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life and immerse themselves in significant customer connections. They are passionate about educating and recommending solutions in a fast-paced environment, preparing for promotion to a Mobile Expert role.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and T-Mobile plans
Completing training on new skills and processes
Making the most of time on shift by seeking information and learning about wireless innovations
Establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
Collectively owning the customer experience and resolving issues
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and fostering inclusivity

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
