Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to build energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services. They provide a world-class customer experience, uncover customer needs, and recommend device and service solutions while creating meaningful connections.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and T-Mobile plans
Completing training on systems and processes
Building relationships with T-Mobile employees to improve the customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
